DESCRIPTION:Volunteering Barnet is excited to invite you to learn more about Tempo Time Credits\, a new initiative that could benefit your organisation by boosting community engagement and improving volunteer retention. \nWhat are Tempo Time Credits?\nTempo Time Credits are a unique way to recognise and reward volunteers for their time and effort. For every hour a volunteer gives\, they earn one Time Credit\, which can then be redeemed for experiences\, activities\, and services with a variety of participating organisations both locally and nationally. \nWhy Should You Get Involved? \n\nAttract more volunteers: The incentive of earning Time Credits can encourage new volunteers to get involved with your organisation.\nEnhance volunteer retention: By rewarding volunteers\, you’ll show them how much their time is valued\, which increases their chances of staying engaged.\nPromote your services: Your organisation will be listed in Tempo’s national network\, increasing visibility and engagement with your programmes.\n\nWhat’s Included in the Pilot?\nThis one-year pilot offers you the opportunity to integrate Tempo Time Credits into your volunteer programme. It includes: \n\nTraining sessions on how to use Tempo Time Credits\nGuidance on incorporating the system into your existing volunteer programmes\nRegular check-ins to ensure everything is running smoothly\n\nJoin an Information Session\nTo get started\, we recommend attending one of our online information sessions to understand how Tempo Time Credits work and to ask any questions you might have. The sessions will be hosted by Adrian\, the Programmes and Partnerships Manager for London and the Southeast at Tempo. \nWe look forward to seeing how Tempo Time Credits can make a positive impact in Barnet!
