DESCRIPTION:If you are brand new to volunteer management or would just like a refresher\, why not come along to a free two-hour session covering all you need to know about volunteer management and best practice when coordinating volunteers. \nThis session will go into detail on various aspects of volunteer management including:\n-How to provide a great volunteer experience\n-Recruitment\n-Volunteer inductions\n-Support and supervision\n-Skills and qualities of a good volunteer manager\n-How to reward your volunteers appropriately\n-What to do when things go wrong and how to end volunteer relationships \nThis training will take place remotely over Zoom on the 14th of March at 13:00. \nThis session is for our registered Volunteer-Involving-Organisations\, please get in touch if you would like to attend the training and we will send you the Eventbrite link to sign up.
