DESCRIPTION:Volunteering Barnet is pleased to offer our registered organisations the opportunity to attend a free information session to learn more about a one-year pilot of Tempo Time Credits. This initiative provides volunteers with a valuable reward system that can significantly impact your volunteer retention and community engagement. \nTempo Time Credits recognise and reward your volunteers. For every hour a volunteer contributes\, they earn Time Credits\, which can be redeemed for free experiences\, activities\, and services from participating organisations\, both locally and nationally. \n\nAttract more volunteers – Offering Time Credits can help draw in new people to your projects.\nRetain your volunteers – Rewarding your volunteers makes them feel valued\, boosting engagement and reducing turnover.\nEnhance visibility – Your organisation will be featured in Tempo’s national network\, increasing exposure and community involvement.\n\nWe recommend attending one of the information sessions to help you understand the system. Due to the limited number of credits available for this pilot\, we can initially accept around 20 organisations to participate.
