However\, sometimes there are challenges. \nJoin us for this 1-hour training\, exploring the problems that may occur when managing volunteers and how to resolve difficulties effectively. \nDuring this session we will cover: \n\nWhat could go wrong\nSetting expectations\nProcess for handling problems\nVolunteers raising issues\nDismissing volunteers\nTips for challenging conversations\n\nThis training will take place online via Zoom and will be delivered by Volunteering Barnet. \nThis session is for Volunteer-Involving-Organisations in Barnet\, please get in touch if you would like to attend the training and we will send you the Eventbrite link to sign up. \nPlease let us know if you have any access requirements in order to attend this event.
